I believe in a 90/10 rule when it’s comes to dieting. What that means is, I eat healthy fresh meals 90 percent of the time and indulge in unhealthy “cheat meals” ten percent of the time. For example, I do 5 meals a day, 7 days a week, which equals out to a total of 35 meals for the week. Which gives me approximately 31 of my meals are healthy and 4 are cheat meals. With fresh meal plan, it makes it extremely easy to make sure I have the proper nutrition per meal. My favorite cheat meals are Haitian food, burgers, pizza and Cuban food. I typically have my cheat meals on the weekends. With this proper split of healthy food and cheat meals, it keeps my fitness goals on track!
